QNB: Best New Mobile Banking Experience, 2023

29th March 2023, Dubai: Earlier this month the team at QNB announced the launch of their newly re-designed mobile and internet banking services.

We’ve been taking an in-depth look at the feedback from customers on the app stores and we’ve been canvassing opinion and perspective from our friends and colleagues with access to QNB’s services.

Whilst there are always niggles with any launch and we note a few frustrated comments in the App Stores, we are pleased to report that overall feedback is exceptionally positive. This a great achievement by the QNB digital team. Any new update is always a challenge and delivering a new set of services to market is a complex task.

The app now boasts a market leading set of features, including:

We think the look and feel is fresh and modern, and we think the simultaneous launch across all key channels is a sensible approach. Further, we think the connected brand impression on both mobile and desktop is incredibly important.

To this end, our analyst team is delighted to issue QNB with the “Best new mobile banking experience” award. We extend our congratulations to Mr. Adel Ali Al-Malki, Senior Executive Vice President, QNB Group Retail Banking and to the digital teams at QNB.
