Al Rajhi Bank has selected ServiceNow's AI Platform for a landmark multi-year digital transformation, partnering with Ejada Systems to embed AI across the bank's digital operations.

The agreement leverages ServiceNow's workflow automation and AI capabilities to streamline processes across Al Rajhi's operations, from internal IT service management to customer-facing banking workflows. The platform's AI features enable intelligent routing, automated task completion, and predictive analytics that reduce manual intervention across the bank's operations.

Ejada Systems, a Saudi technology services company, provides the local implementation expertise and ongoing support for the ServiceNow deployment. The partnership ensures that the platform is configured to meet Al Rajhi's specific operational requirements and Saudi regulatory standards.

Al Rajhi Bank said the ServiceNow implementation will radically enhance both employee and customer experiences by automating routine workflows that currently require manual processing. The AI-driven automation targets areas including incident management, request fulfilment, and cross-departmental process coordination.

The multi-year scope of the agreement reflects the scale of Al Rajhi's digital operations and the breadth of processes that the ServiceNow platform will support. As the world's largest Islamic bank by market capitalisation, Al Rajhi's technology decisions carry significant influence across the Gulf banking sector.

The ServiceNow deployment adds to Al Rajhi's growing technology partnership portfolio, which includes Mozn for fraud prevention, Salla for e-commerce integration, and zypl.ai for AI-driven credit scoring through its Jeel subsidiary.
