Kinexys by J.P. Morgan has partnered with Movitz to bring Kinexys Liink to banks for global payee verification, covering more than 70 countries through one network connection.
The partnership comes as cross-border payment fraud reached €4.2 billion in the EU/EEA last year, with faster settlement making it harder to catch errors before funds move.
The collaboration will enable banks to verify payee information across a global network, helping to combat the rising tide of payment fraud in an era of increasingly rapid transaction settlement.
Kinexys Liink's global payee verification service aims to help financial institutions reduce fraud risk whilst maintaining the speed required for modern cross-border payments.
