QNB Group has received a top award at the Microsoft AI Tour in Doha, recognising the bank's capabilities in integrating AI-powered innovation across its operations.

The award highlights QNB's long-term partnership with Microsoft and the bank's progress in embedding AI technology into its financial products and services. QNB has been working with Microsoft's Azure AI platform to develop solutions spanning customer service automation, risk analytics, and operational efficiency.

QNB said the recognition reflects years of investment in building AI capabilities within the organisation, from data infrastructure and model development to talent acquisition and governance frameworks. The bank has been systematically deploying AI across its operations rather than pursuing isolated pilot projects.
