FAB Accelerates Digital Lending Transformation with Intellect's eMACH.ai

This initiative represents a significant advancement in FAB's credit strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through comprehensive automated digital processes.
The debt management integration automates various processes and connects over ten subsystems within FAB, enabling real-time data visibility of the credit portfolio. This aligns with the bank's vision to fully automate debt collection features over the next five years while maintaining its customer-first approach and commitment to technology and talent investment.
Following eMACH.ai Lending implementation, FAB will be able to:
- Create collection strategies through equal distribution, percentage allocation, and bucket-based queue stamping
